Mission Statement: To promote community education, prevention, and recovery options

Where it all began

The board at West Branch Drug and Alcohol Abuse Commission saw the need to enlist the entire Clinton County community in the effort to combat its growing drug problem and to promote total public awareness. Invitations were sent out to, but not limited to, the following organizations : Law enforcement Officials, Lock Haven Hospital, State Health Center, Schools, Elected Officials, Human Service Representatives, Professionals in the drug and alcohol field, Recovering Addicts, and Parents of Addicts. Many of these people, along with others from the general public, now come together every month and discuss how we can best serve the needs of the community. Please join us at our monthly meeting so that you may help too!

We meet every third Tuesday of the month at The first Church of Christ, located on the corner of Water & Vesper Streets in Lock Haven. Our meetings are at 12 noon. We hold evening meetings occasionally so check back to see when our next meeting is. Free lunch is served so please RSVP to jenreeder@wbdaac.org
